hi there
I have the same problem. there is no shortcode button on the visual editor. I don’t have access to the install, i’m on a multi-site controlled by my insitution. Is there something they need to enable for this to appear?
Yes, you need to ask your “Super Admin” to install theme4press core plugin and allow you to activate it.
You should also be using the Visual editor.
Thank you
