    Hi,

We have a page on our website where we post reports as we release them. Recently when we try and edit the page we get a message that says Technical Error and they have sent an email (I attached a screenshot). I’m not sure why this is happening but it is very frustrating. We have also never received the email that is apparently being sent.

    Screenshot of message: https://prnt.sc/nyvaqs

We have a plugin that allows us to schedule updates automatically, and we can edit the page via scheduling an update and saying publish now (creates a separate page that replaces previous one). But for some reason once the main page is replaced with the update, it still displays this error.

    Please advise.

Hi. This looks like an issue with your PHP version. Please make sure that you are using PHP 7.2. Please let us know if it helped.

    Hi,

We are using version 7.2 – this issues seems to have arisen when we updated to version 7.2 last week.

    Thanks!

Do you have any default WordPress themes installed? If you do, delete them all. See if it helps.

BTW, if still unsuccessful – please share FTP access in a private message.
