So obviously there are ways to contact, apart from the support forum, there is a contact form. According to terms, refunds are only available if there is a technical problem with the theme (https://theme4press.com/terms-conditions/), so in this case, no refund is due. So please, do let us know what can we help you with. Emails ARE being sent upon purchase, maybe yours landed in your spam folder. And if you require an invoice, you can always send an email to email@example.com with the name and address of the company we should make an invoice to, and we will gladly issue an invoice.
