    Hello.

I’m having some trouble customizing the display of all the Portfolio items. Regardless of what display settings I select when setting up the page – it always displays the items as full-width tiles. Furthermore, when I try to ‘hide’ the categories selector it’s still appearing?

You can see how it’s displaying here: http://www.wizzfx.com/our-work

I’m wondering if I’ve missed a setting or something?

    Theme Version: +evolve 2.6.8
    Wordpress Version: 4.6

    Any help gratefully received.

    Thank you!
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hmm, I might need to have access to your backend to have a closer look at this. Could mind sharing temporal login details to your site’s admin dashboard, please? Also, kindly confirm if you missed a step while setting up portfolio as detailed here:

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi,

I had login to take a look.
Can’t find what’s causing this issue.
I used my test site portfolio setting as a reference, and I am still unable to get it working.

There is no javacript error in browser error console. Therefore no clue as to why the script is positioning all portfolio items with left 0. The calculation is “broken”.

May I know if you had modified the theme?
If not, can you try re-installing Evolve plus theme?

Can you try disabling all plugins except theme4press core and reduxframework plugin? and check if your portfolio page works properly?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thanks for taking a look. I haven’t modified the theme at all, I’ve tried re-installing AND I’ve disabled all the plugins and the page still isn’t working.

I tried deleting the Theme4Press Core and Redux Framework Plugins to no avail…I even tried seeing if the Post Format of the Portfolio Posts had something to do with it… but no.

I do wonder if it’s something to do with the image size or something? Perhaps I have a weird thing in the MySQL database that the plugin is randomly calling for?

Very keen to find a fix…

Thanks for your help thus far!

    Hi,

I will inform my employer now.
Ask him to login and take a look, maybe he can spot the cause of this issue.

    Thank you

    Hello.

Sorry to do this, but I changed the width of my site and now the Portfolio is broken again – could you take another look?

    Please?

    Thank you!
