I have upgraded to Evolve Premium but there is still a button inviting me to upgrade to it when I select customise. Thank you in anticipation of any help.
I have the same problem
Deborah
I also paid for my theme and should have Premium. However, I did make a child theme so that updates would not impact appearance. I did what was recommend and hired a developer to upgrade my theme and install the correct new PhP version.
Thank you in advance for helping with this.

Hi. Please send me access to your admin area in a private message. I will have a look. Thanks
Hi. This really shouldn’t happen. What you need to do is the following: you install the premium child theme and Evolve plus. You transfer all the changes from your current child theme to the premium child theme, and then you need to activate it. Everything should be fine if you do it like that. Again, never forget to back everything up.
Hello, I just paid for the upgrade, but nothing has changed in WordPress …!! The upgrade button was within WP after logging in, so I assumed it would automatically know that I had paid, but no such luck. I got some emails, but nobody thought to include instructions for how to perform the upgrade, if it’s not automatic.
I also note fearfully that all the chats above are from 2019, about the same time Theme4press’ Twitter feed died … before Covid. Hopefully I didn’t just throw my money in the wind!
Any help is kindly appreciated!
Hi there, and thank you for your purchase. There’s nothing to fear – there are newer chats elsewhere. You need to download Evolve Plus, install it, activate it instead of the free version, and that’s it. Of course, accompanying plugins should also be installed manually, too. Or as part of design import.
Hi Evgeny,
Thanks for your quick reply and I appreciate your help. I finally figured out what you meant, downloaded it from the website, uploaded and installed the zip file, and activated it. I think it’s working; I can now manipulate the bootstrap slider, which was the issue before.
Your quick customer service has been very helpful. For the benefit of future clients, may I suggest that, upon payment, you send customer an email with a paragraph of detailed instructions, so that this is clear?
Cheers,
John
