    Hy,
    I added a mp4 video on my page with button add media. The shortcode generated is as follows: [/ video].
    when I launch the player I have no video but only the sound.
    I have tested it with for example the theme twenthy fourteen and it works normaly.

    Do you have a solution ?

    The url where is the video : http://www.ledenpark.fr/elagage-et-abattage/ . In the revolutionslider (slide 7) at the home page the video (the same video) is ok.

    Effectively, I have restarted my I Mac and now under safari, chrome it’s OK, and smartphone is ok, but under firefox (v28.0 – the last version) the problem persists. 🙁 It’s the same for you under firefox?

    yes I am using firefox 28.0 too and it works fine….try to clean your browsers cache.

    I Roman, I’ve to clean my browsers cache. The problem is always there. I have now the v.29 and with my Imac (snow leopard) and Macbook (lion) is the same problem. I saw that firefox does not support mp4 so I’ll try to encode the video in firefox recognized format. again thank you 😉
