I’ve got a slider set for my front page, however it is not showing up correctly any more. If I remember right, it happened after I changed the contents of some of the slides from one set of images, to more compressed images.

I’ve tried re-editing the slides, using a different slider option, etc, but it still doesn’t seem to want to show. Could you point me in the direction of what might be the issue? I’ll include my website link in a private comment below.

    Hi Kat,

Thanks for writing in! Perhaps it’s a plugin conflict, I’d recommend you to disable any other 3rd party plugin one by one and clearing the browser’s cache afterwards and seeing if that helps resolving the issue.

    Thanks.

It was a plug-in conflict, but the plug-in is definitely one I’d prefer to be able to use! It’s W3 Total Cache. I’ve deactivated it for now though.

    Hi,

Sorry, according to our company policy, we are unable to provide third party plugin compatibility troubleshooting.

Perhaps it’s only a cache issue. You can try activating the plugin and go to it’s admin pages to clear all the caches and see if it works. You can also try disabling caching for some of it options.

Please kindly contact the author if you require further assistance https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache

    Thanks!
