    Hi,
I am using revolution sliders on my evolve+ pages and had set up a few which were working well. I worked on other things for a while but now need to set up sliders for more pages. I have created the sliders but when I go to add them to my pages, there is no slider options available. I only have a shortcode option for the revolution slider but this places the slider below my page title which is not what I want. Before it appeared under my header.
This is how the page options used to look – http://prntscr.com/7jlf0u but now I have no slider options.

I thought it might be to do with my child theme but when I reverted to the original it didn’t make a difference.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

    Hi,

    This is not possible.
Please kindly check that you have activated Evolve+ theme and not Evolve theme.
If you are using a child theme, kindly make sure your style.css refers to evolve-plus and not evolve.

    Thanks!

Update: It’s actually the page options box that’s missing – this contains the slider options. I’ve tried checking the box under ‘screen options’ but it doesn’t do anything.

I’m wondering if a plugin may have interfered with it?

Thanks for reply – style.css definitely referencing evolve+ – I’ve deleted the evolve theme from my directory.
It’s the page options box that’s missing but when I check the box under ‘screen options’ nothing happens.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

If you did not modify the theme. You can start troubleshooting by reinstalling your evolve plus theme. Deleting your evolve plus theme and re-installing a fresh evolve plus theme download from your account with theme4press.com

And then by deactivating your plugin, one at a time to see if there is any conflicts.

    Thanks!
