  Hi, social media icons do not appear in the footer area and I doubt if there is bug or something.

  I did as follows:
  Appearance>Customize>Social Media Links

  I made sure to save the entries, but nothing appears.

  In addition, once I get out of the Customize to Dashboard, link data that had been entered is gone, the field that had been filled are blank again.

  I tried it several times, and I am sure I saved the data.

  Am I missing to do anything?
  Appearance>Footer>Social Icon Options is checked.

hello i have the exact problem. i did all the above but still nothing appears neither on the main menu, nor on footer.

Hi,
Go to Theme Options -> Header -> Header Top Right Content
Or go to Theme Options -> Header -> Header Top Left Content
Select Social Links.
For footer, go to Theme Options -> Footer -> Social Icon Options.
Find the setting -> Display Social Icons on Footer of the Page
Check it and save your changes.

Hi,
Go to Theme Options -> Social Media Links to set up your links.
Go to Theme Options -> Header
Make sure you select the correct header.
It only works for header 3, 4 and 5.
Please also let me know if you have modified any theme file or override any file in child theme folder. Any custom css that you have written.
You need to check all your customization to see if they are done correctly.

Thank you!! it worked for header i have chosen the first header. But it still doesn’t show up on footer.

Hi,
Go to Theme Options -> Footer -> Copyright Options
Find the setting -> Copyright bar, make sure it is checked

The social link widget does not work.
It has been reported to my employer.
Please wait for Theme update.
