Since upgrading from 1.9 to 2.0.1 my forum search commit button has an odd icon. This is the firebug info from the button:

    `<input id=”bbp_search_submit” class=”button” type=”submit” value=”” tabindex=”102″>

Will I need some custom css to fix it? What would that look like? I don’t remember what it used to be… a submit button? or the magnifying glass icon?

    Hi,

Sorry, I have no idea what that is.
It’s not possible to fix it using CSS, it’s in the value of an input.
Inline css code is written in style attribute, not value.

Do you have a cache plugin or server cache? If yes, Please clear it.

    Thanks!

It’s definitely a new issue that has come up in the 2.01 version because I restored my 1.9 version of the site and it all works fine. Clearing caches didn’t make the issue go away. Also, the line of code I gave you is exactly the same in the 1.9 version, so it’s not there either. It’s as if the link to the image being called has been broken. Maybe renamed?

Anyway, it’s not on my end. So maybe you need to open a bug report and get it fixed in the next bug update.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you, I will let my employer know.

See if he is able to replicate this bug.
I do not have access to older versions of the themes for testing.

    Thanks!
