    It does not allow me and the following error appears:

    Regards. I already updated to Version: 2.9.9.6 and continue the problem.

    In this unfortunate case, there is no way around it – we need access to your admin and FTP. We must have a look.

    Thanks. We will try to have a look during the weekend, Monday at the latest. We might still have to ask you for FTP but will try to do it without.

    First, you didn’t give us admin capabilities. It means that when we see an error, we can’t fix it. Second, we’ve made a small change on one of the pages and saved it successfully. Then I changed it back, successfully. Please explain step by step what is it that you are doing to see the error because we don’t see any.

    Hi.
    You’re right, I already tried google chrome and it works fine.
    But with mozillla it gives the error, what can I do? (I already cleared the cache and the error continues)

    I think it is my PC. I will work from google chrome and you can give resolved the problem.
