    The side bar 1 on the left side of the pages is showing at some of the pages, but not all the pages. about 60% pages not showing. The not-showing pages have an empty space on the left, which should be the side bar like other pages. We checked that all the setting under WordPress and made sure they are the same.
    Any other place we should check? Please advise.

    Please let me know if you are using Evolve Plus 2.6.8
    If not, you can download from your https://theme4press.com/my-account/ and make the update.

    Please tell me if your issue is fixed.
    If not, I will inform my developer and let my employer know.
    According to the changelog ( Can be found beside the download button in https://theme4press.com/my-account/ ) of Evolve Plus 2.6.8, there is no mention of fixing buddypress sidebar.

    Hi Denzel, My version is Version 2.6.4, but there is no any “update” display at the Theme section of my WordPress dashboard. Normally Any themes that have updates available will display an alert banner. Does your Evolve plus have this function? So what should I do if not? Download 2.6.8 again? Will I lose my Theme design if I do so?

    Hi,

    Daniel here, thanks for confirming.

    Normally, there will be update notification for our Evolve theme like you got with WordPress stock themes TwentySixteen.

    We would suggest keeping your copy of theme up to date to have the latest fixes. And normally, theme settings or configurations state will not be replaced by updates. However, you can have settings backup under Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > IMPORT/EXPORT just to be safe.
