Hello, the admin dashboard theme options buttons work fine with plugins turned off, but turn to white type on a very light gray gradient background button that is practically unreadable, with arial font that breaks the layout of the panel. Have done the usual trouble-shooting, and narrowed it down to a conflict with 4 different plug-ins, but the only common denominator is the Evolve Plus theme. Each plugin, when activated individually with no other active plugins, evoke the same behavior from Evolve Plus. The plugins are Benchmark Lite, Meta Widget Customizer, WP Review and WP Job Manager (this last premium one of importance to our site). Something that happens with such diverse plugins again seems to come back to the theme. I know there was a recent issue with Evolve’s Customizer (I experienced the white screen problems with that too) which was resolved in the latest update. Hopefully we can get this fixed too, as I really like the theme – enough so that I just paid for the premium upgrade, but the admin users need to be able to read the options. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up on the other plugin. Checking in to see if there is any progress on the Theme Options appearance? (I checked the box but am I’m not getting emails about replies here, so I’ve been checking in periodically.)

I have a little more info from the plug-in developer, if it helps. Here’s the continuation of the conversation with him:

Me > Okay, thanks. Do you think it’s something that I could adjust on the theme to make it work?

Plugin Developer > Hmm, probably not since its part of their framework. Have you been in touch with the author? If its just those tabs, it would only take a few lines of JS to remove the jquery-ui dependency.

Me > Thanks, yes I did also reach out to the theme author. I did just send him your findings to see if that helps him narrow it down. And I think I see what you’re saying about it being on their framework since it calls out to a dropbox somewhere instead of something local I could edit, is that right? Hopefully he will know what to do with the JS (a little outside my level of expertise). If you have advice I could pass along to them, I would greatly appreciate it, although I realize this may be outside the scope of supporting your plugin.

Plugin Developer > No, there just wouldn’t be an update safe way of editing things. Let me know what they say. Thanks.

Hope that helps. Getting this to work would be a huge help for me (and I’m guessing probably others if multiple plugins using a standard jquery-ui thing produce the same problem.) Thanks!

Once check it now. I have made changes to the theme-options.css file itself and will be including this changes in the next theme update also.

That did it! Thanks Alok. I really appreciate your work on this, and it will be a good addition to your next release. Great job! You can mark this one resolved.

This thing is resolved and will be implemented in next theme version.
There is no need for class names changes, the solution is very simple, once Benchmark Email Lite plugin is active and we are on Evolve theme Options page the jquery-ui.css file will be dequeued from loading and no more css conflicts.

    Best Regards

Having the same conflict with the Quick Contact Form. I have used evolve before with this contact form so it must be something new. This is the first time I upgraded to EvolVe +.

I just wanted to add that other plugins are causing the same issue, in case someone searched for my particular plugin. This has been marked resolved only because someone said they would fix it in the next update, but it’s not really resolved. Thank you for your patience.
