Hello, I am using the Evolve+ theme (version 2.7.3) with PHP version 7.4.33; however, this version is outdated, and I need to upgrade to 8.x. When I do so, though, the WordPress site breaks. Is this an issue caused by the theme being old? Would updating to the newly purchased version (3.0.5) resolve the problem?

I upgraded PHP to version 8.3 and installed the new Evolve+ 3.0.5 and the new child theme. Then I updated all the plugins and reactivated Redux. However, it now seems to have lost all the visual configuration. Why?

Did I lose all my custom CSS when updating from one theme to another? And other things, too?

I restored all the custom CSS from the old theme, but the site’s visual layout still hasn’t returned to how it was before. Updating to the latest version of Evolve+ breaks the site.

Hi, The Bootstrap slider I had enabled in the old theme isn’t showing up anymore either.

Hello. Sorry for the late reply. Your version is too old, and upgrading from it requires extensive rebuilding and rework. A simple, easy upgrade is impossible. Unfortunately, this kind of upgrade is beyond the scope of our support.
