    I’m running Evolve 2.9.6 and WP 5.2
    https://piltonmoorsta.wpengine.com

When viewed on a mobile, I can see the outline of the menu icon, but the three bars are missing. I’ve disabled the one and only plugin that I’m using. I’ve made no custom CSS.
    Can anyone help me please?

Hi Selina, checked your website and it looks fine http://prntscr.com/nmgf43 . Please clear your browser’s cache. Let me know if it helps 😉

Thank you. I’ve followed your instructions and sadly cleared out all my cache, but I have the same problem. I’ve taken a screen shot but can’t see how to attach it to this ticket. My friend has also tried for the first time on his iPhone and he has the same problem as me.

It’s Safari on an iPhone. I would think that that is pretty standard.

I have tried it on chrome on iPhone and there is no problem. The menu displays correctly.

I have since reverted the site to the previous version of WordPress, but I still encounter the same problem with Safari. How can I fix this please?

I’ve already said that my friend has tried on his iPhone and he has the same problem on Safari. He has never visited the site before, so it can’t be a cache issue.

It works fine on Chrome, but not on Safari.

This is causing me big problems now because I need this site to go live.

Can you please check on our demo site if it works for you? e.g. https://demo.theme4press.com/preview?demo=Magazine%203 . Do you use any additional plugins? Tried disable one by one if it helps?

Thank you. The three bars on the demo site appear fine.

I have one plugin which I have disabled. I then cleared the cache on my iPhone. I still have the same problem – I cannot see the three bars.

Could this be anything to do with the colour which are set in the customise theme please? If so, which element would control the colour of the three bars please?
