Very sorry. Yes you are correct.
The documentation on the following page has error.

The attribute is cat_slug and not category_name.

Please use the Theme4Press Core plugin’s shortcode generator button to generate shortcode.

I login to your ftp account and found that the file customizer-class.php was totally blank.
So I added in the missing content.

Then I login to your website’s admin, make sure it’s Evolve+ theme that is active.

And tried out the customizer, as mention by you, by clicking on the “Customize” button

There is no fatal error now. Everything loads properly.
I did not test out the settings in case I mess up your site design.

I think something went wrong with FTP when you are uploading the theme.

It does not seem to be WordPress. The standard login url coloradoartservices.com/wp-login.php or http://www.coloradoartservices.com/wp-login.php does not lead to a WordPress login page.

The website is not using Evolve+ theme or the free version Evolve theme.
