    Access to Customizer solved.

    One additional problem:

    In Customizer / General / for the home page, I deleted the four buttons, as I do not want them there. I would like to set that first page as the “Home” page and set it to be a “static page”, not a blogging page. I had done this in previous attempts in setting up my website, but cannot find the setting that will allow me to set a “static” home page this time.

    Yes! I am having this issue also. I had to delete and reinstall WordPress yesterday. This led to hours online with my web hosting service trying to get access to my website again. WordPress would no longer recognize my user name and password. That was finally resolved. I have a new user name and password.

    Today I reinstalled evolve plus. It asks for my Theme4Press user name and password to enable theme update notifications. But it will not accept them.

    How do I change the user name and password?
