    I have sent a formal request via the “Contact” page on this website including my transaction ID to be refunded in full for my purchase which contained falsely advertised features about plugins which have been unavailable for 2 years.
    I will be awaiting contact from the required parties to facilitate my refund.

    I’ve noticed that several posts have been made to this board by moderators without mention or acknowledgement of this one. That is most unfortunate. I will kindly remind that I purchased your product 72 hours ago, and am well within tolerance of the 15-day moneyback satisfaction guarantee. I would like the moderators here either to address my post directly, or tell me how I can get in contact with someone who is able to assist me in getting a refund.
