    I copied your provided files to languages folder and enabled Deutsch and this is the result for the blog shortcode (Medium) http://prntscr.com/6zn0hj . how it looks to you?

    Have you this enabled ? Theme Options -> Lightbox -> Show Post Images in Lightbox
