    through the FTP account we cannot access the wp-content folder where we can fix the theme…please assign….thanks

    the minimum php values must be set always when the theme is installing/updating, because the theme zip file has a bigger size (because of included plugins). once you install/update you can decrease the size again. for the issue: please can you provide your FTP access in the private reply?
