    for some reason the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin which you are using is breaking the code. After I deactivated it, it worked fine.

    sorry it happens because evolve plus comes with preinstalled plugins and when user activates the theme all plugins are inactive and evolve then will recognize which plugins are built in within the theme.you should be able to visit plugins and click recently active plugins tab where are the recently deactivated plugins which u used before.

    2. what you need to change? everything is written in the shortcode
