    sorry, this requires changing the theme code, we don’t support it.

    on the top isn’t it the page title bar? on the bottom I am not sure as I cannot see your code live.

    deactivate and remove the plugin,then you will be asked by theme to install it again

    sorry but that requires changing the code and we don’t support it in our forums. the height of the sticky header is automatically counted from the height of the menu items. have you define the retina logo width?
