    the problem is with the logo actually, it’s too tall, 200px . try to decrease its height and the problem will be fixed.

    does it write any errors now? can you paste them here? can you enable the WP debug mode for the errors? The php config can be done through a PHP config in your server, usually in php.ini file, or contact your server provider for more help to set it up for you.

    do you have the minimum server requirements?

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    upload_max_filesize 32M

    when you try to upload through FTP, do you have enabled Binary transfer mode?

    you could create a slider in the FlexSlider options, and then visit the widget area and choose there the Slides Slideshow (FlexSlider) widget and select the slides group

    I think you could use bigger images and then the carousel slider will decrease them automatically and after click it will open full size
