    thanks for your interest. I am still working on the new version 2 where I try to fix all reported bugs, improve features and add many new ones. I also work on a demo content which will be available in the new version. So please be patient, I will notify through FB page once the new version is done. I cannot say an exact date, but it will be very soon.

    social links images are loaded by default in images directory. the social sharing box can be inserted through the social share shortcode http://theme4press.com/alora-documentation/shortcodes/sharing-box/ . automatically it’s not possible.

    at least you could create a child theme which would use your custom footer http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

    the icons images are png format and cannot change their size in the theme options…only if you would use another social icons png file

    I think it will be better to use it as it’s now, because some users will want to not use the date and then will want to remove it in every theme update. it’s better just insert the date manually in the theme option field. PHP cannot be inserted in the theme options field.

    you will need to upload a logo in an image format as this theme doesn’t support text website titles

    please use the Check list shortcode to design the list images. http://theme4press.com/alora-documentation/shortcodes/checklist/

    insert in the Custom CSS field for example:

    Code:
    .menu-container, .content, #wrapper {background:red;}

    modify per your needs
