child-themes are based upon the parent theme like Evolve so that when there a updates to the parent them they do not overwrite your child theme’s customizations.
My question was for the moderator.
thanks for the feedback. I am using a child-theme so I am guessing I can make some kind of change there in the child theme area so if there is an update to the theme it will overwrite my customization. Is that correct?
If you are using a child-theme arrangement I am assuming that if you ftp the theme to overwrite the existing version this would be the best method. Is that true?
It works well with the revolution slider
It appears on header 1 works properly with theme4press slider, let me know if you want admin access to my site
funny how it looks fine while I inspect the elements using Chrome’s debugging tool
I disabled all the plugins except Theme4Press Core also I removed WP Super Cache and went from the child theme back to the parent theme all the time deleting my chrome’s cache. The problem still exists.
Not sure what to try now.
Tom
Thank you I will give it a go
