your screenshot shows the issue exactly!
The font family box is empty on ALL Typography sections and if you scroll down the google fonts most of them are missing it only scrolls down to Actor font and no further. This issue began on all theme updates after evolve+ 2.9.1 version.
All websites I have designed with evolve +, I have had to revert back to 2.9.1 to get this to work correctly.
I raised the issue with Romnik previously please see https://theme4press.com/support-forums/topic/google-fonts-not-showing-correctly/page/2/ at that time due to time restraints I had to revert back to 2.9.1 so that I could get the job completed.
I cannot currently use any updated versions due to this isssue.
