Theme license & user agreement
All of our themes are designed under the provisions of the GNU General Public License v2.0. When you purchase a Premium Access membership, it gives you the right to utilize our premium themes on as many websites as you wish. All purchases provide you with lifetime support available through the Support Forums.
Updates
Any changes or future updates will be available for clients who have purchased Premium Access membership. Our themes are developed around the newest versions of WordPress. We will release updates regularly or as new versions of WordPress are made available. Please be advised that there are no guarantees that existing versions of our themes will necessarily be compatible with future WordPress versions.
Upon completion of purchase
We will email you a code enabling you to register and log into the website. From there you will be able to access our premium themes in a ZIP file. If you find that your emailed code is not working properly or will not allow you access to your account, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. Note: We will not be generating any invoices for your purchases. Invoice copies will be available through PayPal which will provide you the option to print out a record of your purchases.
Ownership
All product designs are the exclusive and intellectual property of Theme4Press.com and their respected designers. Our products are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any claims for damages including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other losses which could or might arise out of the use of any of our products.

All content, including images, published on this site (Theme4Press.com) is property of Theme4Press.com and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from Theme4Press.com shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Theme4Press.com.
Warranty & support
Theme4Press.com does not warranty or guarantee our themes in any manner. Theme4Press.com offers these themes and designs “as is”. We cannot guarantee they will function with all third party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the preview themes on our demo site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes, as we can not guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations. Support is provided solely through our Support Forum. We will provide support through e-mail only for customers who purchased the theme with the email support option selected. Please note, we don’t provide any theme customizations service through our email support. E-mail support is only provided for customers who don’t wish to register in our support forum. Certain information may be requested through email to protect your privacy.
Requirements
Our themes are build using PHP 5 and may not work properly if your web host has an older version installed. You must also have a self-hosted WordPress installation meaning your website must not be hosted on WordPress.com.
Refund policy
Our themes are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods and we do not issue refunds or provide exchanges after a purchase has been completed. You are responsible for understanding this term before purchasing one of our products.
Price changes
Theme4Press.com reserves the right at any time to modify our prices.
We reserve the right to change or modify current Terms & Conditions with no prior notice.
