I see many people have asked this before and you have resolved the issue but nowhere do you show how it is done.
Please let me know how I can reduce the height of these spaces.

Steven
My website is http://tinasinclair.com
Hi,
I am not able to access your website.
Browser is saying server not found.
Thank you
What country are you in?
We have IP blocks on most countries outside of UK so it seems we might be blocking you.
If you let me know then I can unblock you.
Steven
Hi,
Development and customer support team work from India.
Please provide access so we can look into this.
Thanks
Hi
I have not blocked India so I have no idea why you cannot view the page.
It should not matter. This is NOT a unique problem to my website.
I have noticed others have already reported the problem and you have resolved it but you have not published the solution.
I would attach a screenshot but you do not provide a tool to allow me to do this.

Steven

Hi,
We check our side all setting there is no option for adding spacing above and below menu navigation.
Try to reduce header height using
Theme option -> Header -> Header Padding.
Try to provide site URL accessible for our developer so more then can help, without site visible cant help.
Thank you
Thank you – your advice helped reduce the space between header and main menu.
Now can you please provide Custom Code to reduce the spacing between main menu and the top of the slider.
As I have said before, many people have already requested this and I can see they have been provided a solution however there is nothing documented on the support forum.
You do not need access to my specific website to be able to check this.
Just set up a page on your own computer with a dummy menu and a single slider image as I have done. It’s not a complicated page that I have set up.
If you can provide me your IP address then I will ensure it is added to the Whitelist so you can be guaranteed to have access,
Thanks again for your help.
Steven
I solved it myself.
It was simply a case of changing the Design Option settings for the page and making Top Margin -100px
