    Hello,

    I have some problems with the bootstrap slider. It does not save my changes if I leave the customizer. So I tried to update my theme from 2.9.8.9 to 2.9.9.2. I put the API key from “MY ACCOUNT” into the customizer but nothing happens.
    Can you please help my I have no idea what I have to do.

    Hi. Please update manually – we’ve moved to a new updates server, and there are some problems with those who didn’t update the theme regularly. Just download the newest version, upload it into your “themes” folder and unzip. Do no forget to back everything up before you do that, so if something goes wrong – you can roll back.

    Hi Evgeny,

    I updated the theme like you said; that worked fine. Sadly I have still the same problem. The Customizer does not save my slides if I leave it. Do you have any more ideas? Please advise.

    Hi. Sorry that it still didn’t work out. Please allow access to your admin area and FTP, you can send the credentials in a private message. We will have a look.
