  Hello,

  I have some problems with the bootstrap slider. It does not save my changes if I leave the customizer. So I tried to update my theme from 2.9.8.9 to 2.9.9.2. I put the API key from “MY ACCOUNT” into the customizer but nothing happens.
  Can you please help my I have no idea what I have to do.

Hi. A question – did you try to switch the mode from saving to publish in the Customizer? Because you are set to “Save”, and nothing you will do in the Customizer till be published when you do that. See here: https://prnt.sc/sig82f

Hi,
yes it works when i publish the sliders. Just Save is not working.
Maybe you can fix this issue in future or tell it here in support forum.

Oh, now I understand what you’ve meant. The thing is, that in our testing environment it works. “Save” as well, I mean. But we will look into it again. Thanks.
