    I thought there was a menu item that allowed me to create a backup file for my Evolve site but I can’t seem to find it. Is there such a choice? (The home page for Theme4Press states easy backup so I think it must be there somewhere)

    Hi,

    It’s in Theme Options -> Import / Export

    It’s for backing up of your Theme Option setting values.

    It’s not for backing up your Whole Website Content.
    You will need a third party plugin to backup website content.

    I use UpdraftPlus plug-in – seems to work OK
