I’ve been analyzing my load times, and it looks like the redux framework contributes about 22%. What would I break if I were to disable this plugin (I”m using the current version of evolve plus).

I’m ok having to enable the plugin to make theme option changes, then disable it after.

Also, what would break if I disable the theme4press core?

    Hi,

I am not the developer, and I do not know if the theme will work properly if you disable reduxframework plugin after making changes to theme options. You can try it out.

The Theme4Press core plugin contains slider and all shortcodes of the theme, if you remove it, many of the features will not work.

    Thank you

I disabled both the redux framework and the theme4press core, and couldn’t see any problems. I don’t use any sliders, and haven’t manually input any shortcodes, so I think I’m in the clear.

If any developer is able to chime in that would be great.

Any chance a developer could help out and tell me if either of these plugs are an actual requirement of the theme?

    Hi,

Reduxframework plugin is a recommended plugin.
Theme4Press core plugin is a required plugin.
It’s shown in the Theme’s notice if you disable them.

    Thank you
