    I just placed a new elastic slider and when the page is viewed, the slider remains a black box with ‘loading’ in the middle. Nothing ever happens. Help…..

    Hi,

    I don’t see any error in my error console.
    Perhaps it’s a plugin conflict.

    Please disable one plugin at a time to find the conflicting plugin

    OK, I’ll work through them. Also, where are all the options for the sliders? I only see Elastic Slider options in the Theme Options and even those are limited. Are there more that I’m not seeing. It also appears your documentation on the sliders is out of date.

    I disabled every plugin but the Theme4Press core and it still has the same problem. Getting very frustrated.

    Hi,

    There is no problem with elastic slider.
    Please see screenshot.

    Did you add the slides?

    You can Go to WordPress admin -> Theme Options -> General -> Import Demo Content
    Use the demo content as a starting point.

    Sorry for the lack of documentation.
    I do not know why, but I am not employed to do the documentation.
