    I set my header height at 265 px and the header image I uploaded is that same height, but the header is getting cut off. I don’t know how to fix it.

    Please use the following codes in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .custom-header{
    height:265px !important;
    }

    I would suggest to update to the latest evolve version and set the padding in the Header options Header Padding Top and Header Padding Bottom to 132.5px
