    Hi
    Finally I could restore my widgets under evolve+ except one! (thanks to the widget importer plugin witch saved my blog!)
    One widget doesn’t to work now, even after reset, and this is a little image slider.
    I reconfigured each slide but nothing to do, it doesn’t show up anymore.

    So I saw you have a build in image slider widget in evolve + but could not find out how to build image sliders with this and how put images in it.
    When I introduce this widget in my sidebar, I am able to configure the whole thing, except witch images I want to be played.

    ps my little slider worked fine under evolve, why doesn’t it play now? Would be much more simple… Fortunately visitors can see the cached version for the moment

    Layerslider doesnt work as well

    I configured the slides
    went to customizer
    ->widgets
    ->add a widget
    ->wp layerslider
    ->it finds my (unique) layer slider, i click on this and…
    ->nothing but error message

    what else?????
    where is the thing? Please

    The preview of this slider looks nice, but …

    anybody here please? i am depressing with this theme

    Hi,

    The following are steps to help you work better with Evolve Plus Theme.

    1) First of all, update your Evolve Plus to version 2.0.1, this version has the fix to front page content boxes bug.

    2) Install a localhost version on your computer and import demo content, use this demo content as a guide for creating your online website.

    3) Clear your cache plugin’s cache if you have installed a cache plugin. Disable all third party plugin. Because incompatible plugin can cause conflict. We do not provide support for third party plugin compatibility fix.

    4) Setup your site using Evolve Plus Theme and it’s required or recommended plugins only. Create your website. After you have confirmed that you have achieved your design, then you try whatever third party plugin you like to add. This way, if there is any issue, you can be 90% sure that it is a theme issue.

    5) Please post your question in the correct forum, https://theme4press.com/support/topic/post-editor-disappears-after-demo-import/ is in the wrong forum.
    Can be confusing, if moderators missed that and gave you a solution for Alora Theme.

    6) Please post url to your webpage that has any issue, this will help us understand it better.

    I would like to highlight that layerslider widget is working properly.

    Therefore, it’s likely to be a plugin conflict or a cache issue, or setup issue.

    i did all this and a lot more… I even imported a layerslider from the evolve+ theme I had installed on my testblog with the demo content (btw i dont know how to clear all this content now)
    But this slider doesn’t show up neither, nothing

    So under evolve my previous image slider worked, and doesn’t show up anymore under evolve+. And the new slider doesn’t work.

    yes I know that this slider plugin works, I used the same myself under my previous theme, and it worked fine on my website. But now it’s not showing up.
    I wonder what was the advantage to upgrade to the commercial version.

    I even deactivated the layer slider plugin to see if this makes my image slider show up… but no, it doesn’t.

    Gave up on layer slider, but found the flex slider, and this one works.
    Little bit sad about the layer slider, but my slider is playing now.

    While I was trying to create a user for support, I solved the problem finally.
    I reactivated Autoptimizer with basic js optimization (plugin was deactivated because it had broken my bootstrap slider),
    And miracle: this time the Bootstrap slider played always correctly AND the Layer slider showed up suddenly!
    Now all features in evolve are working fine
    Thanks also to Frank 😉 Guess he made an update recently

    There is a kind of white shadow on titles in the navigation menu, please: how can I delete this? thank you.
