    Hi,

    i layouted a website and used the free evolve theme. It looked great, so i desiced to buy the pro version. Now the layout is distroyed. i made all changes like in the free version and it dosn’t work.

    So my new pro Layout dont get boxed. The Header and content are boxed, only the menu and footer don’t want to get in their boxed layout. so icant see the backround right and left of the screen. i really try all differnet settings.

    i’m confused, because the free version worked very fine.

    yo want to have a look: http://dammann.spdns.de:8070/

    Hi,

    Please check your Theme Options -> General -> Layout Style
    It should be set to Boxed for boxed layout.

    If that does not work, Please try disabling your plugins one at a time to find out if there is any conflict.

    I just tested it out on my localhost, Boxed layout works properly.

    Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for your post.

    I deaktivated my plugins and the layout was on “boxed” all the time – also all the sites – the menu and footer still stay wide. i change nothing between the free and pro version – only installing ist. i’m confused, when i change the theme to the free version, the layout is boxed… 🙁

    Now just have a look with the free version: http://dammann.spdns.de:8070/

    Hi Kim,

    I use the 1.9.0 version and no problem. In 2.0.1 the boxed layout is not complete. If you make zoom out in the site I’m working, you can see the whole site is boxed except menu bar and slider. The new version has some bugs and the folks of the theme should take care of this issue.

    By the way, your site is beautiful and I want to ask you some questions about it, privately. If you agree send me a reply to my email [email protected]

    Thanks a lot

    Hi Kim,

    Thanks for writing in,

    Firstly, I’d like to inform you that in evolve premium version the layout style is different and in which the menu bar and footer is in wide layout and the rest of design is boxed when you select the boxed layout. Meanwhile, if you wish to make your navigation bar into a boxed layout so you can try adding the following code under Appearance > Theme Options > Custom Css:

    .menu-header {
    float: none !important;
    max-width: 1200px !important;
    margin: 0 auto !important;
    }

    In regard of footer layout style, if you wish to achieve something like the: http://prntscr.com/82yzak, so please add the following code into your Custom Css:

    .footer {
    background: none !important;
    }

    .container.container-footer {
    background: none !important;
    }

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

    Hi Imran

    In regard to boxed layout, could you please provide a custom css in order to make the boxed layout just like the 1.9.0 and 3.4.1 versions.

    I mean or all site in boxed layout or all site wide layout. I can’t understand the usage of partial change in the site layout.

    I want my 2.0.1 version works just like the previous. I’m with you since 1.6.0 version, and I like it very much.

    Waiting for your reply

    Thanks a lot

    Georgios
