you are using a plugin to generate the content…Pixgridder as I can see via the source code, it generates the alignment of the items

to center the page title insert in Theme Options -> Custom CSS:
.entry-title {
text-align: center;
}

You had updated the theme, therefore you should apply it in templates/header_v1.php
