    Hi,

    We need to update our Theme for the website. We have Evolve Plus.

    When we try and update the theme via the Theme4Press site, it seems to want us to pay for this again, even though we have already purchased Evolve + previously (in 2017).We can’t find the option to update this in our WP Admin dashboard anymore – it was there a few days ago.

    Is the update free for current customers, or do we have to buy it again? When I click Buy Now, it brings me to a Registration page that displays a duplicated form 4 times and lots of random code.

    Hi. What is the theme version you currently have? Is it still the Redux theme?

    Hi,

    It’s version 2.7.7 of Evolve +. We have a redux framework plugin installed as well if that’s what you mean.

    So, a couple of things. Yes, your theme is very outdated. The new theme uses totally new framework under the hood, so before you update – back up the old version of the theme and the database. Then upload the new version. And no, you don’t need to pay for the new version of you already purchased one in the past. Please upload screenshots of what you see when you are trying to download the new version for the website, because we do not see any problem whatsoever.

    Hi,

    Thanks – yes payment page is fixed and looks fine now. However, it is still prompting us to pay even though we already own the theme – we just want to update it.

    It doesn’t seem to be connecting our account to the fact that we already bought it and I dont want to pay again for this. Am I missing something?

    Hi, We’ve attmpted to correct the situation. Please check if now things work as expected. But in any case, I’ve sent you the new version of the theme to your email. Do not forget to back everything up (files + database) before upgrading.
