    Morning,
    plugin not working
    I have “updated” a couple of times, no success
    I have deleted and re-installed, no success
    Everything else seems ok.
    please advise

    Hi,

    Please kindly elaborate what you mean by plugin not working.
    You cannot install it?
    or, You click on the Theme4Press core plugin shortcode creator button and there is no pop up?
    or, You created and inserted a shortcode and it’s not working on front end?

    Please advise.

    Thank you,
    in the Docs, in the “setting up the home page” there is a screen print which shows an Icon with the Number 4 as a short cut to the Plugin within the WP page edit feature.

    This Green ICON 4 is not present in the edit page/new page.

    I have since deleted the old Eolve Plus version and update to Evolve 2.0.1 via the zip file installation process via WP. This hasn’t changed the Icon 4 issue mentioned above (although other features have changed which is very good).

    Have checked the “theme4Press pluggin is installed and activated and no updates required.

    Please advise how to bring back the icon 4 in the edit page feature

    On another note I notice I cannot add new topics to the forum from my account, yet I have Paid my fees and 362 days left on my technical support,
    can you amend please

    Also, I can not save any changes I make to my theme now, in the customisation, is this related?

    Hi,

    Please revert back your .htaccess modifications to original.
    Remove your modifications for any redirection.
    It could cause a lot of problems in your WordPress admin.
