    Hi, first of all let me say that I am really pissed because of your service. I am aware that you can only provide services to paying customers, but you could at least answer, when I contact you with the contact form. I have extended my subscription now in order to get my questions answered!

    First: migration to the new version of your theme was a disaster, I had to manually create everything from scratch! That was one of my questions (see first paragraph). Really bad habit of your, thinking of buying another theme soon…

    Second: how is upgrading planned, when there is a new theme version? Do I have to do that manually?

    I answer all questions through email which are not related to theme customizations, so I am sure I answered all your emails. May I know what happened? I know it can be stressful, but please provide what steps you did and what broke with the update please? Did you check our documenation for the update steps? https://theme4press.com/guide/docs/theme-installation-update/#updating-theme

    How will you provide theme upgrading in the future? Can you somehow provide an integrated updating process? I would expect that if there is a new upgrade, my wordpress instance will inform me.

    Yes, we plan to add this feature again in near future. For now, we don’t have an API for this yet. Thanks for understanding
