Hi, first of all let me say that I am really pissed because of your service. I am aware that you can only provide services to paying customers, but you could at least answer, when I contact you with the contact form. I have extended my subscription now in order to get my questions answered!
First: migration to the new version of your theme was a disaster, I had to manually create everything from scratch! That was one of my questions (see first paragraph). Really bad habit of your, thinking of buying another theme soon…
Second: how is upgrading planned, when there is a new theme version? Do I have to do that manually?
