When I tried to install the component shortcodes plugin, this is the error message I received;
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare t4p_admin_menu() (previously declared in /home2/msimonin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/t4p-core/t4p-core.php:830) in
I’m not tech savvy, and maybe there’s a way to find the plugin already installed, but I have no idea where that would be since it wasn’t listed on the plugins page.

If you still have a t4p-core plugin and using the new theme version, then please deactivate and delete it. It belongs to the old Evolve Plus, version 2.8.3 and earlier.
