Hi. I contacted you by your contact form 3 days ago. Days are passing and next days there are holydays (8/12). Now I’m not considering anymore purchasing another product, I just want my money back. If I’ll not receive any reply within 9/12 I’ll send you my request in a more formal manner.

Ok I’ll use the contact form. But before: So Alora is WPML-ready? I see that in your page, but Alora is missing in WPML list of compatible themes (http://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/), why?

IF Alora is wpml-compatible I could consider switching – if possible – my Evolve premium account to an Alora premium account (paying the difference if needed), and try it for some days, since I’ve still the 30 days grace period. Am I right?

    Dear Roman

Please don’t take fun of me! If I have WPML obiouvsly I’m not using or going to use an automated translation plugin.

Have you barely read my message?

Object : “WPML and slider / boxes translations”

Inside the message: “- looking for theme’s strings in wpml – nope ”

Unfortunately, I made a BIG mistake: I thought your product was translation ready because I found Evolve theme here: http://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/

BUT it only has the same name of this one : http://wpml.org/theme/evolve/

So your plugin it’s not translation ready, as simple as that. And this is the reply you could have given to me since the first time I wrote, 1 week ago (on wordpress forum and on twitter)

It’s OBVIOUS that if someone asks for translation support is asking for multilanguage. You were writing to me about customizability. “CUSTOMIZABLE” IS NOT “TRANSLATABLE”.

    What a wasting of time.

How should I ask for a refund (within 30 days since purchase)?

    Dear Roman,

thank you for the reply. There are 2 options: either you’ve not understood what I’m asking for, or I’m really not able to find that easy translation function of your theme!

What I need: this is my website: http://www.acuhotel.com. It’s in english, I need to have the same strings in english, spanish and italian version. I need multiple languages.

What I see in Theme Options > Front Page Content Boxes : some editable text fields where I can write only in one of that languages. Where’s the translations support?

This is what I see: http://www.acuhotel.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/evolve-sshot.jpg

Please, tell me: where am I supposed to find options to translate that fields? I really can’t see that, I’m sorry if it turns that it’s a stupid question.

It should, Kristine, but i’ts not working for me.

    If you read here: https://theme4press.com/support/topic/wpml-and-slider-boxes-translations/

you can see that I’m not able to translate some important strings of the website even if is marked as wpml compatible. Hope support team will reply soon, I already asked about this when I was using the free edition and hoped evolve plus hadn’t this bug but it seems I was wrong. It’s a week that my web project is in stand by, because of this. Eventually I’ll have to change theme.
