In Jetpack plugin there is different modules, you can disable jetpack comments module.

To do this, you will need to use Custom Links in Appearance -> Menus
Create your own Custom Link, with you own link text and paste your category URL in the URL input.

Check the checkbox for “Anyone posts a comment “, and “A comment is held for moderation ”
