Use the following in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

Second sidebar id is #secondary-2
Regarding question 3.
Your homepage will follow the default layout in your Theme Options -> Layout.
As for your posts or pages, you will have to edit the page, scroll down and use the page options -> Sidebar Position

First of all, you need to create a group.

Then create slides. For each slide, there is only title, caption and featured image.
You need to tag the slide to a group

In your Add page, scroll down to select slider type and select elastic slider.
The group will show up in select elastic slider setting.
Options are found in WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Elastic Slider

Select your layout.
Find the setting -> Full Width
Set it to -> No

I am not sure since which version, the theme author updated the Theme Options to use reduxframework. The import will not work, if you are seeing different Theme Options design.
