    Hi Adrian,

    Please login to your WordPress admin.
    Go to Theme Options -> Extra -> BBPress
    Use the global sidebar option and set your sidebar.

    Hi,

    They are in your header.

    For the footer, Please use social links widget and deploy in footer widget area.
    Enable in Theme Options -> Footer -> Number of widget cols in footer.
