    Hi,

    Please try Theme Options -> Typography.

    If you cannot find the font setting that you need.
    Please include a screenshot and annotate the area that you want to increase the font size.

    Hi,

    Sorry, we have not experience this issue.

    The Theme option uses AJAX to transfer data to your server. Maybe your browser lost connection with your server when it’s transferring.

    I suggest you export your site option settings frequently so as to minimize loss.
