    I assume you want your menu item to link to an external url?
    You can use “Custom links” from Appearance -> Menus.

    However, you can look into your error logs for clues.
    Search for PHP fatal error, it should point to you the file or code that’s causing error. Search for memory exhaust, if you saw it, you will need to contact your hosting company to increase your server memory.

    Hi,

    Use firebug to look at your page source.
    Try to use a class before img, such as .thumbnail-post img
    This will affect only featured image.

    using img only applies to all images.
