    Hi,

    The Theme does not create a table in your WordPress database.
    The table wp_layerslider most probably belong to layerslider plugin.

    I don’t know javascript enough to be able to write the code on my own and would really appreciate your help with that…

    Hi,

    Login to your WordPress admin -> Add page.

    On your right, you can select page template. Select the Contact from dropdown.
    Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/8ju3b5

    Give that page a title and publish. Then go to Appearance -> Menu and tag that page as a menu item.

    Visit your newly created contact page. The contact form is auto generated, it’s actually coded in Contact Template.

    Hi,

    Please use the following code in Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .da-slider, .da-slide {
    min-height: 330px !important;
    }

    The bottom shadow was hidden by slider height, increasing it to the right amount will do.

    Please try to disable one plugin at a time to find any conflicting plugin.

    To enter javascript to a page, you can enter it into WordPress content editor, text editor, not the visual editor.
