    Hi,

    Does not matter if you are using child theme or only the Evolve Plus Theme.
    As long as you have no modifications done to your Evolve Plus Theme, you can update using FTP.

    My suggestion is to delete Evolve Plus Theme before uploading Latest Evolve Plus Theme. This is because, sometimes ftp overwriting fails without proper warning, or you missed the log message and you can end up having updated only half the theme.. or have empty files.. etc, causing PHP fatal errors.

    At the moment, there are some bugs within Evolve Plus v2.0.0, I suggest you wait for next version.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    In my firefox error console, these are the errors that I seen.

    “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://magichour.photo/wp-content/themes/alora/fonts/icomoon/icomoon.woff?s7tgwp”
    “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://magichour.photo/wp-content/themes/alora/fonts/fontawesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.3.0”
    “NetworkError: 404 Not Found – http://magichour.photo/wp-content/themes/alora/fonts/fontawesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.3.0”
    fontawe…v=4.3.0

    Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/80ll5n

    The urls are correct. There is no :80 within url.

    I can see from your response headers that you are using Microsoft Server.

    Content-Length
    103
    Content-Type
    text/html
    Date
    Tue, 04 Aug 2015 04:36:59 GMT
    Server
    Microsoft-IIS/8.0
    X-Powered-By
    ASP.NET

    Sorry, I never used Microsoft Server and does not know how it works.
    In Apache server, there is chmod, whereby you can change the folder permission.
    Perhaps in Microsoft server there is something similar?
    Perhaps the folder permission of your fonts folder or somewhere down the line is wrong?

    Sorry, that’s all I can help on this issue, because I have got no knowledge with Microsoft Server.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please use the following in your Appearance -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .widget h3{
    width:100% !important;
    }

    Screenshot of result. http://prntscr.com/80lhaw

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    In WordPress admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display(tab)
    Find the Product Images section. You can change the image size and select whether to hard crop or not.
    After that, use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate your Product Images.

    Please see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/80lfda

    You should prepare your images using your own image editor before uploading them as Product Images. The hard cropping options is not “intelligent”, you cannot choose which part of the image to hard crop.

    That’s all I can help on this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    You should edit page and set the Page Option -> Page: Full Width to yes, so that the header is full width.
    Then we use Custom CSS to set the slider to same width as the main content area.

    Please do that, then get back to use for the Custom CSS code.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry, we only have an alora: Facebook Like Box widget, in WordPress admin -> Appearance -> Widgets

    We do not have a shortcode for this. You can contact our services page https://theme4press.com/services/ for this customization.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry, I do not have a solution for this issue.

    It has to do with your own internet connection speed.
    It depends on the time your browser loads google fonts.
    The “transition” you see is the time taken for the google fonts to apply, if your internet connection is very fast, then you will not notice it.

    Alternatively, you can set your google font size close to the size of the original font to minimize the experience.

    Thanks!
