Hi,
The sentence “Have A Promotional Code?” and it’s input field with the word “Coupon code” is found in Alora/framework/woo-config.php at line 815
You will have to modified that code and keep a copy of your modification for future reference.
Thanks!

Hi,
Sorry, it’s not possible to do this using the current FAQs template.
The current FAQs template lists out all the FAQs and all categories as the sorting tab.
You will have to engage a developer to help you create a FAQs template that allows you to list from a specific collection of categories.
Sorry, we do no provide custom coding.
Thanks!

Hi,
There is no such file in Alora Theme.
You can take a look at our demo site’s page source.
http://demo.theme4press.com/alora/
In your website page source, I can see the following stylesheet link.
<link rel='stylesheet' id='alora-dynamic-css-css' href='http://reimfelden.de/wp-content/uploads/alora.css' type='text/css' media='all' />
Check with your developer, whether he has added this link in header.php or via any custom function.
Or maybe it was left over by a plugin you previously installed.
All custom css in Alora theme is printed in HTML head by <?php echo $smof_data['custom_css']; ?> in header.php, custom css are not printed as an uploaded stylesheet in uploads folder.
In your page source, I am not seeing the custom css code that I provided.
Thanks!

Hi,
In your WordPress admin. You need to find that plugins setting page or maybe at the top of the admin menu.
I am not very sure.
You can consult the author of the plugin on how to “totally” remove the plugin. Some cache plugin remains in cache even if you delete the plugin, you may need to physically remove some files generated by the plugin within your WordPress admin.
Please consult the plugin author for further information.
Thanks!

Hi,
I see that your website is cached. Please clear your w3 total cache, and any server cache if you have installed it.
Thanks!

Hi,
It’s the same as our demo. http://demo.theme4press.com/evolve/
Maybe we can improve in our new update.
Thanks!

Hi,
Try using your logo as the the header image. Maybe it works better.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, it’s indeed a bug. One location of the homepage was not updated with using the Theme Options setting value for Post title excerpt length.
I have applied the fix on your website.
See screenshot for result. http://prntscr.com/7fsh4l
You need to clear browser cache and reload website in order to see the update.
Thanks!
